Shipping Policy
The United Parcel Service (UPS) or Spee-Dee Delivery are the primary shipping carriers, and ground shipping is the default delivery method. Online orders typically ship within 5-10 business days, although shipping times are subject to change without notice due to product availability. Titan Machinery does not ship internationally at this time. If an item needs to be shipped by truck freight, a Titan Machinery parts representative will contact you by phone or email to coordinate shipping arrangements. Additional shipping charges may apply to heavy or bulky items. Online purchases exceeding $200.00 with a shipping destination within Zone 1 will ship for free unless otherwise noted.
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please call 701-707-0063, or email [email protected]. For shipping orders, you will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped with a tracking number for reference. For pick-up orders, a Titan Machinery parts representative will contact you when your order is ready to be picked up.
Returns
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase order being closed. Items must be in unused condition with the original unopened packaging. Shipping charges will not be refunded, except in the case of a defective part or incorrect shipment. A 20% restocking fee may apply if the parts were special ordered. Tools and electrical components, including Alternators and Starters, cannot be returned.
In-Store Returns
Order number and receipt are both required when returning items to your Titan Machinery location.
Online Returns
Please email [email protected]. Include your order number and reason for return. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective part or incorrect shipment. Returns must use ground shipping, or with freight prepaid.
