Shipping Policy
United Parcel Service (UPS Ground) or Spee-Dee Deliver will be used as the primary shipping carrier. A Purchase that exceeds $200 with a shipping destination within Zone 1 will ship Free unless otherwise noted. If an item must be shipped truck freight a Titan Machinery representative will reach out to you via phone or email and shipping arrangements will be made. Additional shipping charges may apply. Your order will ship within 5-10 business days. Ship times are subject to change without notice. Titan Machinery does not ship internationally at this time.

Order Confirmation
Once you place your order you will receive an email order confirmation. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order please email [email protected] or call your local Titan Machinery. If your order is being shipped, you will receive shipment information when your order has been shipped. If you have opted for store pickup a Titan Machinery representative will contact you when your order is ready.
Returns
Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Returns are accepted within 30 days of your PO being closed. Item must be in unused condition and in its original unopened packaging. A 20% restocking fee may apply if the parts were special ordered. Shipping charges will not be refunded, except in the case of a defective part or incorrect shipment. Tools and electrical components including Alternators and Starters cannot be returned.
Store Returns
Order number and receipt is required when returning a part to your Titan Machinery location.
Online Returns
Please email [email protected]. Include your order number and reason for return. Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost except in the case of a defective part or incorrect shipment. Returns must be shipped ground or freight prepaid.
